Paul is the President and founder of Orion Registrar, Inc. He is involved in CE Marking, representation of companies to accreditation bodies, presenting certification information to potential clients, overseeing audits, performing a limited number of audits, representing Orion at selected trade shows, and running the company. Paul has over 20 years experience in quality management systems and is an IRCA certified auditor.
In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and their eight children.

Bush, U.S. Operations Director

Frank Bush joined Orion Registrar in June 2007. His responsibilities include managing the day to day work activities of the U.S. Orion office staff, overseeing the internal project work and process improvements, and overseeing the client activities in the United States.
Frank worked as a Technical Manager in the Engineering Department at Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories for more than 33 years. He also worked as a high school teacher for seven years.
In his free time, Frank enjoys spending time with his family, traveling for pleasure, and golf.

Correia, Marketing Coordinator

Lori started with Orion in 2006, completing special projects in the Arvada office. In April 2007, Lori joined Orion full time as Marketing Coordinator. Her duties include providing quotations for prospective clients, coordinating audit follow-up, sales calls and writing contracts. She is looking forward to taking care of
Orion's clients and potential clients.
Prior to joining Orion, Lori worked in the Real Estate market for 9 years as a Client Care Manager/Transaction Coordinator. Her passion is serving people.
When not at work, Lori loves spending time with her family and being outdoors in the sun. Lori once survived a midnight battle with an assemble-it-yourself trade show booth and lived to tell the tale.

Bill
Freitag, Scheduling

Bill Freitag has been with Orion since February 2001. Bill has the challenging job of doing all of the scheduling for Orion�s U.S and Bangladesh auditors. He coordinates the schedules of our clients and auditors, and works to minimize travel by using local auditors and by grouping audits together by region. This not only saves our clients travel costs, but it also saves wear and tear on our auditors. The best way to reach Bill is by email at:

Bill has completed ISO 9001:2000 lead auditor training, HACCP certification and received his RAB QMS Provisional Auditor card for Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry. In the fall, he enjoys following the Colorado State Rams football team. When he has a chance he enjoys traveling to sunny beaches.

Eydie
Fults, Certifier
|

Eydie Fults began working with
Orion in October 2000. As
one of Orion�s certifiers, Eydie is responsible for reviewing
completed and reviewed audit documentation to verify that all
accreditation and internal requirements have been fulfilled.
This step is required before Orion may issue a certificate.
Prior to coming to work for
Orion, Eydie spent 25 years working for AT&T in Westminster,
Colorado. During this
time she worked in manufacturing. The facility manufactured telecommunications switches.
She began in the assembly area then progressed into quality
control, where she tested circuit packs and switches.
Quality assurance was her next stop, where she again tested
switches and circuit packs. Eydie
was a part of the team that led the facility in implementation and
maintenance of the ISO 9000 program.
She has conducted several first and second party audits.
Eydie enjoys boating,
entertaining, decorating, and working around her home and yard.
She especially likes relaxing and socializing after work. In her spare time, Eydie is working to become fluent in
Spanish.

Nick Joseph,
Chief Information Officer & Graphic Arts Director

Nick
Joseph has been with Orion since May 2001. He handles all
immediate network and computer issues, virus upkeep,
installation of critical updates, configuration of new
equipment, and software license management. Nick is also responsible for the concept and design of the
website in cooperation with the Rimrock Group, in Colorado
Springs, the design and distribution of all of Orion�s
marketing material (copy provided by Penny Ouellette), forms,
and distribution of Accreditation Marks.
Prior to joining Orion Registrar, Nick worked at CDI
Marine Corp, as a Junior Draftsman working primarily on
government contracts. After
moving to Colorado and attending college, he worked as a Graphic
Designer for Front Range Community College.
Nick has received his Bachelors of Fine Art with an
emphasis in Multimedia from the University of Colorado and
Health Sciences Center at Denver, and his Associates of Science,
and CAD Certificate from Front Range Community College.
While
Nick has extensive technical experience, he has always
enjoyed the Arts. He�s
participated in several events, winning the Sterling Award for
the �Your Search is Over� brochure, and several other awards
from the Technology Student Association for Promotional Graphics
and Prepared Presentation.

Susi
Menges, Scheduler

Susi is one of life�s true survivors. Past experiences both professional and personal have enhanced her skills of perseverance, flexibility, dedication, and enthusiasm. Orion captured those skills in March of 2006. Susi has now taken on the challenge of scheduling International audits, sending out the required paperwork for both domestic and international audits, processing auditor qualification paperwork and the auditor matrix reports.

Norm
Moreau, Regional Manager

Norm Moreau has been working for Orion since 1996 when he helped Orion add software as a focus area. Since then, Norm continues to conduct software audits and audits of other business critical clients. Today Norm is Orion�s Regional Manager, and is located in our Westminster, Maryland office. His principal function is to develop Orion�s government sector by leveraging Orion�s small, woman-owned business status to government agencies and government contractors. Norm also serves as a program manager coordinating registration services for some of our larger government clients.

Karen Mustoe, Technical Reviewer

Karen joined Orion in August, 2007 to become a Technical Reviewer for Orion�s international partners. She also helps in Domestic Tech Review.
Prior to working in a registrar, Karen enjoyed many years as an elementary teacher in private schools, including three years of teaching in an International school in Indonesia. She still keeps busy with teaching as she is home schooling her 9th grade daughter, and leads a group of preschool children in the church where she and her family are actively involved. Karen enjoys cooking, baking, and reading in her spare time. Spending time with her husband and son and daughter is where you�ll find Karen when she�s not at work.

Penny Ouellette, Program Development Director

Penny Ouellette joined Orion in April of 2002. She is Orion�s Program Development Director. In addition to Program Development, Penny�s duties also include those of Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Technical Writer. Her writing projects include Orion�s newsletter, website, and various other special projects. Penny has over ten years experience working as Lead Assessor for a registrar. Prior to that, she worked in various quality and engineering positions in manufacturing, a steel foundry and a gold mine. She is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and a Certified Quality Engineer. Penny graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Metallurgical and Material Sciences Engineering. She would enjoy hearing your comments, questions, and suggestions for topics to include in the newsletter.
In her free time, Penny enjoys spending time with her husband and her two daughters. She also enjoys travel, SCUBA diving and reading.

Frank Sidorowicz joined Orion Registrar as TL 9000 Program Director. Frank has been working with the QuEST forum for 7 years and is a member of the Oversight and Integrated Global Quality work groups. He has also been a panel speaker and a workshop leader at several TL 9000 Best Practice Conferences. Sidorowicz has 37 years experience in operations, business performance, and quality and environmental management system registration that includes broad experience in a variety of industries, and has been an adjunct faculty member of the University of Southern Mississippi where he earned his MBA. Ginny
McCall, Financial

Ginny McCall joined Orion in September of 1999 as head of our accounting department. Ginny has been instrumental in converting our paper accounting files to our centralized computer system. She is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable, and she tracks all accounting data via the computer. Ginny oversees invoices and billing statements at every stage of the accounting process. Ginny�s duties also include Orion�s payroll, taxes and human resource needs. Ginny has over five years experience in accounting and bookkeeping. She worked as an assistant buyer for two years at a retail clothing store and owned her own independent cosmetology business for two years. Ginny has completed college coursework in business management, specifically in marketing and retailing. She has also been a full-time homemaker for 13 years. Ginny stresses that she is here to work with our clients, and wants you to feel that you can call her and talk about things. If you have any billing or financial

Tina Tiu joined Orion in November 2000. Tina contacts all of our new clients and verifies their scope, which allows her to ensure that they receive accurate certificates. Tina provides all of the certificates for
Orion's U.S. and International Clients. In addition to this very important duty, she also acts as our office organizer, and is charge of our files, document control, and such special projects as the �ISO 9000:2000 Guidance� notebook.
When not working, Tina enjoys doing crafts, reading and meeting new people. She says she is a very organized person, and is the one who knows where everything is. Tina is the proud mother of a son and a daughter.

Trujillo - Special Projects

Dana joined Orion Registrar, Inc. in October, 2003. She is responsible for special projects. Dana has been conducting third party QMS audits for nearly four years. Prior to that, she worked for six years for a ship management company in Miami in the capacity of Fleet Personnel Manager and Quality Manager for both the shore-based and ship-board operations. Dana also worked in quality and operations for an inspections company dealing with international trade and commodities. Dana has a degree in International Business and speaks fluent Spanish.
In her free time, Dana enjoys being with her husband and two little boys. She also enjoys ice skating, yoga, reading and travel.

and is responsible for International business relations.
Rod comes from a successful Business Management and Sales background, with over 15 years of experience in Operational Management, Sales Strategy Formulation/Execution, and New Markets Development. He has successfully completed the ISO 9001:2000 RABQSA Certified Lead Auditor course.
